Skinice ("we", "us", or "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information and other information (collectively, "User Information") of users ("you" or "Users") of the skincare tracking app "Skinice" (the "App").

We collect the following information in providing the App.

   • Skin condition records (presence and degree of dryness, redness, acne, itching, etc., and notes about your skin)
   • Records of cosmetics you use (product names and combinations, period of use, and your ratings)
   • Profile information (age range, gender, cosmetics you use)
2. Account information
   • Identifiers, name, and email address obtained through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In (limited to the scope you permit)
3. Information collected automatically
   • Device information (OS type and version, device model, language settings, time zone)
   • App usage (number of launches, features used, operation logs)
   • Crash and error information
   • Push notification tokens
4. Billing information
   • Purchase history and subscription status via the App Store / Google Play (purchase date, renewal date, plan type, transaction ID, etc.). Payment details such as credit card numbers are managed by Apple / Google and are not collected by us.

Article 2 (Handling of Skin Condition Information)

Skin condition records may include sensitive information relating to your health. We use this information solely for providing the App's features (storing and displaying records, analyzing skin tendencies, and recommending cosmetics), and we do not provide or sell it to third parties or use it for advertising purposes. We also never publish or share your records or ratings with other Users.

We use User Information for the following purposes.

1. Providing the App's features (storing, displaying, and analyzing records; estimating skin tendencies; recommending cosmetics)
2. Managing accounts, verifying identity, and transferring data when you change devices
3. Managing subscription purchases, renewals, and cancellations, and verifying billing status
4. Sending push notifications such as record reminders and important announcements
5. Improving the App's quality, analyzing defects, and developing new features
6. Statistical analysis of usage (processed in a form that cannot identify individuals)
7. Responding to inquiries
8. Addressing violations of the Terms of Service and preventing unauthorized use
9. Purposes incidental to the above
