Article 1: About These Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as these "Terms") set out the conditions for using the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") by "Recipick" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms. By registering for or using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Users are responsible for appropriately managing their login credentials for the Service. Under no circumstances may Users transfer, lend, or share their login credentials with third parties. The Company will not be liable for any damage caused by a third party's use of a User's ID and password, except where the Company has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

Article 5: Fees and Payment Methods
Users must pay the fees separately specified by the Company and displayed on this website for the paid portions of the Service, using the payment methods designated by the Company.
